  • The California Insurance Commissioner has called for insurance companies to support home hardening and community mitigation safety efforts during Wildfire Awareness Month (May 2021). Some companies are beginning to offer discounts and incentives for resilience and prevention measures, including the use of ignition-resistant building materials to lower risk and avoid wildfire losses.  read more
